Soil & Pimp Session

Its time to jazz this little shit hole up a little bit. These Japanese cats play what they called "Death Jazz"- a bit rough, aggressive and punky around the edge, but they always maintain that elegant and mature sound of jazz. These guys had travelled around the world playing some big name jazz festival and winning some jazz awards-pretty much recognized internationally.

A little story on their name, from the mouth of Sacho the front man:

"Soil is like the sand or the mud or the earth which are very natural and warm things. ‘Pimp’ is based on something brilliant like a gold chain, which sometimes is linked to gangsters. These words have opposite meanings I think, like ying & yang. Two opposite meanings into the one music - that is our style...We expose both sides of the human being...'Sessions.’ We always want to present our music as an individual session, because coming up we did not want to do the same set every live gig."

Swan Song

This song always very special to me. It perfectly captured the raw intensity of early BJC material and the sleekness of their later era. The perfect final song indeed.

N' Shukugawa Boys

A side project from the King Brother's members Maya and Shinnosuke, plus a punky, smoking hot Linda. Every band should have a Linda I think, it make so much difference. She makes me think of Jack White playing the drums while possessing Meg's body. Somewhere in their sloppily google-translated website mentioned that she is a model. I don't have no argument about that. And in an amateur videos of their gig in London's Catch, Maya announce that he work as a house cleaner(windows beatiful thankyou! Floor beatiful Thankyou!) A very fitting job for a rocker I must say, must have soak up lots of blues there.

It is an indie minimalist guitar-drum-vocal combo, with lo-fi style much similar to early King Brother's(minus the blues). The boys getup a bit strange though, with Maya and his blue panda eyes and Shinnosuke's suggesting that somehow Jimi Hendrix's DNA managed to trickle down to him, but only the fashion sense I must say.

The Pontiacs

Their first single; Galaxy Head Meeting/Shinjuku. Full album will be out on 3.11.2010.

 The Pontiacs..
Though however great they will be, I cant help but think of them as a softcore version of BJC. Why, with only just one member change they can resurrect the one of most colossal rock band this side of the globe. I dont think BJC's member bear any bad blood with each other..not unlike certain band..cough!!systemofadown!cough!!
Now where was I..yes.. Asai Kenichi had played the bass(now thats rare) on Nakamura Tatsuya's first Love Shop Losalios album, prove he was in a good term with the drummer. Nakamura and Terui also was  members of an avant-garde band Twin Tails(plus another violinist)..which says they is also on good term.

So why not BJC then?

Maybe Asai is afraid(or not prepared) to mess with the ghost of his old legacy. I remember Sherlock Holmes once said "The rare quality of a good artist is the knowledge of when to stop."..or something to that effect. And I am compelled to ask him when they should start again.
The same case can also be said with Chiba Yusuke's band The Birthday. With Imai Akinobu's withdrawal, and I never really like the guy, I think his solos are pretty weak; Chiba insist of going on with only 3 members.

Which imply he himself will be the main axeman..

This singular idea gave me an equal, that is 45:55 ratio, of curious excitement and dreadful horror.

For real..Chiba..?
I remembered countless time I tried to search and isolate his guitar from the magnificently-tangled sonic web of TMGE's song."Well the guy standing there strumming a guitar, the must be a sound of it somewhere." And then I remembered meeting countless time of failure, and came to a frustrated conclusion that either

his volume is too damn slow; or his part is too unsignificant;

or we are dealing with a modern case of John Simon Ritchie/Sid  Vicious, that sometime I prefer it when he pick up the tambourine than his Gretcsh. Though I prefer it more when he blows his harp, I wish he do it more often.

Back to the original question. If only The Birthday kick the bassist, and I never really like that guy, save the bassline in Stupid; and install back Ueno Koji(again, just one member change) we will get a semi-reunion of TMGE. Of course the full reunion will be completely absurd. Though the image of a skeleton swinging a guitar might be awesome in the mind of many, on actuality it is really troublesome for there will be many breach of laws and protocols; The Simple Protocols of Life and Death, the Law of Darwinism and most Theology, to name a few...that some say it is borderline illegal.

ps:Now, you see God..not only the reunion of this 2 bands bring joy and glad to millions of fans around the world, they will also, on further thought, bring some consolation to the irreparable damage that MTV brings to the music of this age.

pss:It also save me the troubles to pay for the down-payment for the time machine from the mad plumber the next door.

Yours Truly,
ME

WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO MY COOL CRASS FONT??

I forgot how I did it in the first place..
Damn..
you..

Anyway I found a video which I suspect may be the first ever Blankey Jet City Pv.
Just look at their proud face at the end of the vid..

Priceless..

Kurutta Asahi & Cat Was Dead

PCI error, Man Kidal, Asai Kenichi

Stupid laptop broke down on me. Some PCI error shit.
Forced to use the old family desktop.

How old?

Well I remember 'quietly' played 'Half Life' single player mission at 2 in the morning, busted, and got 1 hour scolding session from my mother.
This was in 2003.
And up till now this machine ran with, safely assume, specs from 2002.
Fuck.

.........

Sometime within this month my uncle want me to follow him and meet with Man Kidal.
One of Malaysia's most accomplished guitarist, from the band Lefthanded.
Though I dont know how he does internationally..
Never actually followed his work, not really my cup of tea.

My uncle is a steward for MAS and became acquainted with Man Kidal on one of his flight.
Couple of small talks and discussed about my 'situation'.
Then Man Kidal suggested to take me to meet him.
See if I can play..
See if I got the 'talent'..
"And then we see what will happen."

My left pinkie got injured while helping my dad in his workshop.
Cant practice bass now.
My newly bought Vox Amplug & cabinet looked at me with a sneer.
Fuck.

.........

A small consolation in all this fucking mess.
is a dream of Asai Kenichi early this morning.

"We were in some kind of small restaurant
He was wearing his white singlet
and his early rockabilly haircut.
Looking mighty young and chatting with a friend.
I did the most logical thing a fanboy would do
Offered him a piece of paper
and a blue ball pen
Stuttering nervously
"Autograph..Please!!"
He look genuinely happy
Smiling while doodling a cute rockabilly hibrid of
Mickey Mouse+Goofy
With an underlined "ASAI" on the bottom
I shake his hand"

Maybe the sheer magnitude of happiness woke me up
Smiling from ear to ear.
Fuuuuuuuucccckkking... niceee

.................

Maybe the culprit for my dream. Been watching this video on repeat the whole night.
Finally able to see Terui Toshiyuki awesome backpiece tattoo.

Indorock

Indorock.

Now can anyone guess what I'm about to talk about?

Dewa 19?
No(though they do got a couple of good records)

(Tune on the radio) Those?
Nop

Ariel Peterporn?
Fuck no!

I wanna talk about these cats right here.

The Tielman Brothers

Indorock is musical genre popular in Netherlands and Europe from the middle of 50's. This genre is unique as it combines the Indonesian's Keroncong style and Western music.

After Indonesian's independence in 1945, many Indo musicians(mostly Dutch-Indo) repatriated back to Europe while bringing keroncong style and influence back there. It is during this time that Rock 'n' Roll-spearheaded by Chuck Berry-start to rampage across America, but these artists did not usually tour outside the State. So the Indorock bands started to record the American hits and become famous themselves. Earliest and most notable Indorockers are The Tielman Brothers, The Room Rockers, Electric Johnny & His Skyrockets, The Black Dynamite and The Crazy Rockers.

My fav Indorock band would be The Tielman Brothers. Watch the above video, no question right?

Tielman Brothers is the fucking master of showmanship. I bet 50% of Rock 'n' Roll stage antics nowadays can be traced back to these guys. Lead by singer/guitarist Andy Tielman (the Godfather of Dutch Rock n Roll, the Uncrowned King of Indo Rock), these brothers including Reggy, Ponthon and Loulou, and later Jane Tielman were the leader of the scene.

Andy and his band were the first guys to own Gibson Les Paul in Holland. Then he changed to Fender Jazzmaster, claiming the Les Paul too heavy. But he found the sound is too thin and decided to convert the 6 string to a 10. He drilled 4 extra holes on the non tuner side of the peghead, install extra tuner and use thinner banjo strings. Soon everyone start talking about Andy's new sound and for a while he wrapped a towel around his headstock to hide 'em. That doesn't help of course, and after a while everyone knew and start copying him. Some of the big name in music world influenced by Tielman Brothers are Jimi Hendrix and The Beattles.

Andy is still rocking till today and for the memories of his deceased siblings(Ponthon, Loulou and Jane) he will open every concert with the song "Guitar Boogie", the first song he and his brothers play around with, as a tribute to The Tielman Brothers. "I'm gonna play this song till I close my eyes" he said in one interview.

Too Dangerous(Kiken Sugiru)

Asai Kenichi single-Kiken Sugiru(with eng sub)

For some reason this guy remind me a lot of Bob Dylan. Both are master of words, a natural story teller, born poet, similar love-it-or-hate-it vocal quality, Kenichi's face look a bit like a younger, asian version of Bob Dylan and both have stand their ground with their own brand of music without much help from mainstream media and survive the test of time.

Though if I really had to choose one, its really a no brainer. Kenichi got a major advantage, his god-given guitar talent. And time.

Chiba Yusuke Rare Discography

Chiba's work in the period between TMGE dissolvement and the kick start of The Birthday. This stuff become slightly rare outside Japan maybe because the facts that these bands are shortlived (1 album each) and lack of commercial succes i guess, so most people opt to post his more high profile band like Rosso and The Birthday instead. Most of this stuff sound very different from his TMGE, Rosso, The Birthday-more like an experimental phase, so consider yourself warned..

1. Raven

-Not much that I can find about this band other than it is actually a solo project of Terui Toshiyuki (ex-BJC) in which Chiba sung in all but 2 song.

2.
Midnight Bankrobbers

-Straight to my top 10 most awesome band name! After disbanding Rosso, Chiba and Imai Akinobu join forces and create 'Midnight Bankrobbers' duo in 2006. Most of the songs are instrumental and my personal favorite tracks are Shoplifter Runaway to Hell and Shoplifter Runaway from Hell, purely from the awesomeness of the titles. Just kidding, these tracks are great and would be the perfect theme for any midnight bankrobbing..

3. The Midwest Viking

Midwest Viking are: Lacoste, Arnold, Toroy and Hang Ten. In no particular order.

-Well this project is just for fun. All the members true identity never revealed, everyone wear shades, sombreros and hide their faces with bandana. And they wear footbal jersey. Their only output, a maxi-single 'Vamos Tokyo' is written in support of their favorite football team FC Tokyo. An ad from Tower Record reveal that it is "sang by original TMGE Chiba and Kuhara".

Ah..what the hell. Lets get this out of my system. Since we're already here lets just have some Chiba-Yusuke-featuring-orgy.

You can convert the youtube video to .mp3, just use google.

1. Chiba Yusuke with Murder-All Day and All Night(The Kinks cover)

2. Rock n Roll Gypsies featuring Chiba Yusuke-Do The Boogie(The Rooster cover)

3. Katteni Shiyagare featuring Chiba Yusuke-Romeo single

4. Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra:
a) Kanariya naku sora(Canary crying sky)-hands down Chiba's best hairdo.

b) Rosie(the Rooster cover)

5. Star Casino-Stroll Around the World

-This one track is made solely for the ost of Lumines II videogame. And it is Chiba+ electro music, kinda strangely trippy too.

Now that is one long ass post. If anyone want to request anything J-Rock related, just ask and I'll try my best to find it or at least point ya to the right direction. And Visual Kei stuff is NOT in my definition of J-Rock, so all you squealing fangirls can get the hell outta my page. Peace out, hombre.

Dad Mom God, The Pontiacs

It seem that two of my bass gods finally get themselves some high-profile gig recently..

1. Ueno Koji( ex-TMGE, Radio Caroline), current bassist for the Hiatus and Muto Syohei solo project has join the band 'DAD MOM GOD'. It is a solo project from ex-TSPO Tatsuyuki Hiyamuta which featuring many veterans of Japanese rock scene like Junji Ikehata(Rock n Roll Gypsies), Masaki Mori (EGO-WRAPPIN’), and Dub Zombi (SOIL & “PIMP” SESSIONS). This might be a shortlived side project though, as Tatsuyuki Hiyamuta is currently..how do you say this.. only on hiatus from TSPO. He is focusing on recovering his leg injury that he got couple of years back in a Thailand car accident. Due to heavy local and worldwide touring schedule of TSPO, his leg never fully recovered. The band's debut album 'Poem Like a Gun'-produced by Asai Kenichi's Sexystones Record-sound a bit like TSPO familiar territory of highly energetic ska-rock-jazz. But with lesser member, the band's sounds appear less messy, simpler and more focused.

And more volume.

First Single-'Kicking for Kicks'

"No one try to do something, anyway!!"

2. Terui Teshuyuki( ex-BJC, Rosso) is finally reunited with his old comrade-in-arm Asai Kenichi in a new band The Pontiacs. Thats right people, 2/3 of Blankey Jet City creative muscle once again resurrected from the depth of Hades to blow our mind with their destructive Rock n Roll tunes. WAHAHAHAHA!!!Okay..thats a bit overdramatic.
Unfortunately the band currently only produced one single-'Galaxy Head Meeting'- and I cant get my filthy-downloading-hand on them yet, so you guys just gonna have to wait.

The Pontiacs-Teaser Preview

"Do you ever wonder what you're doing with your life? Do you ever lay awake at night, and stare at the stars with your headphones on? Do you ever feel like you can do more with your life, and the rules are holding you back? If you wake up for your 9-5 just to come back home for beer and TV, then The Pontiacs are not talking to you.

The curve of the guitar body, the faded polish of the neck, the hum of the tube amp, the rattle of fingers sliding down the neck, the vibration of the kick drum hitting your chest, the glisten of sweat off the mic., the intense stare of three musicians losts in sound. These are....The Pontiacs."

Blankey Jet City

I cant believe I never put a post for Blankey Jet City. Even as a hardcore fan of TMGE that I am, I got to admit that 90's Japan belong to Asai Kenichi and his comrades. The trio-Asai Kenichi(vo/gtr) ,Terui Teshuyuki(bass) and Tatsuya Nakamura(dr.) first stirred the public when they won the Ikaten Grand Prix, a television show for amateur ' battle of the band' in 1990. They got signed with Toshiba-EMI shortly after and off to London to record their debut " The Red Guitar and The Truth".

Blankey Jet City bring the image of cool bad boys. . However Blankey's true strength is in their sound. Its core- a powerful, raw rock n roll spirit beautifully fused with a perfect portion of blues and jazz and rockabilly. Asai Kenichi is truly a certified guitar genius, nailing that sound unthinkable by others but a select few, the like of Jimmy Hendrix or BB King.
This was a fearless Japanese band with something to say. “Going to Disneyland”, was about “cold people” on what should have been a fun trip, captured the spirit of a dehumanized society. "

This band had been disbanded in 2000, with all member going different direction with their music. Asai Kenichi with his Sherbets, AJICO and Jude project, Terui Teshuyuki with Raven, Rosso and Joe Spider/Jim Brown, and Tatsuya Nakamura with his band Losalios.

r.i.p

The year 2010 just claim the life of two Englishman whose names are very big in rock music history.

"When I look in the mirror, I see an old bloke. But as soon as I strap on a guitar, I feel 18 again."

Michael Robert (Mick) Green
(February 22, 1944 – January 11, 2010)

This influential English guitarist died at age 65. Though never a household name, he is one of the first British guitar heroes. His unique playing style: able to play lead and rhythm line at the same time, inspired generations of great guitarist- most notably Dr Feelgood's Wilko Johnson, The Who's Pete Townshend and Thee Michelle Gun Elephant's Abe Futoshi.

Mick's eulogy( written by his son Brad Green)

Life is not a rehearsal.

This is something dad reminded us of on more than one occasion. If life is not a rehearsal then surely it is a performance and performing is something that encapsulated every fibre of dad’s being. In many ways it’s strange to hear people talking about dad as a legend, as a music icon because to Mum, Lloyd and me, he was above all a father a husband and a friend in equal proportion who simply happened to be a guitarist. I know those of us who knew him well will remember him for his humour, his sarcasm his razor sharp wit and his modesty. His ability to make even the most unlikely situation humorous will remain with us all.

Dad’s performance continued way beyond the realms of music industry prowess and achievement. As a husband, I know that he adored my mother Karen who was by his side every day of my father’s life and who stands by his side today. As a father-in-law he loved and was loved by his two daughters-in-law Alice and Hannah and of course by his granddaughter Isabelle.

The circle of life is as joyous as it is heartbreaking and only 24 hours after the birth of Lloyd’s son, and Mick’s new grandson Ashton Green, we were told that dad had passed away and his performance had come to an end.

My father has left the stage and for those of you waiting for an encore, go to the internet, search for Mick Green and you will see him how he wanted to be remembered.

Heaven just got a bit louder.

“Rock and roll doesn't necessarily mean a band. It doesn't mean a singer, and it doesn't mean a lyric, really. It's that question of trying to be immortal.”

Malcolm Robert Andrew McLaren
(22 January 1946 – 8 April 2010)

Dead at 64 from suspected asbestos-linked rare cancer mesothelioma , this punk mastermind have his equal share of admirers and haters. He claimed to have single-handedly created punk, and its partly true. He gave punk The Music( The Sex Pistols), The Look( his destructive fashion with his S.E.X clothing) and The Attitude( firing songwriter Glen Matlock to fit in Sid Vicious). This is the guy who predicted the rise of PCs, mp3s and that soon major record companies would be fucked, and once run for London city mayor and he was standing to legalised brothels and alcohol in libraries!
What else did you expect from a person whose grandmother feed the child with ideas that " being bad is good..being good is boring"?

The world just lost the greatest rock and roll swindler. But his name will be forever immortal.

Unkie

"Unkie is a Japanese instrumental rock band formed in 2006. Originally they only intended to play one gig together but ended up forming a permanent band. At first only playing at live gigs, but later decided to record an album named “the Price of Fame”, which was released in July 2007.

Their second album “too many secrets” was recorded in Chicago and produced by recording engineer Steve Albini of Nirvana fame, and released in October 2008.

The band consists of three members: TOKIE on bass, Yutaka Aoki on guitar and Hiroshi Kido on drums, all of which have played in established Japanese bands earlier.

Their latest single ‘Save it’ was released on Sep 4th as an online release only. At time of writing, it has reached the #1 spot on the myspace ringtone download charts in Japan."

Great instrumental rock from Japan, plus Tokie is one of my favorite bassist -you'll know why if you give her a listen- and she is really high in the world ranking of the hottest bassist evarrr.

Suatu hari di Rawang

Jam mase tu dah lambat la gak. 1.00 lebey ke 2.00 camtu. Aspura SBPI Rawang dah gulap gulita. Mau taknye, sharp kol 12 Exco dah start countdown tutup lampu. Lambat seminit kene maki hamun, lambat 5 minit mmg ade org bontot berbirat kene rotan. So logiknye roh2 yg masih celik kat sane cuma budak2 Form 5, budak2 bukan form 5 skema pakai spek, bdk xsiap homework antar esok ngan kutu2 sembang makan megi. Dan juga Pak Guard.

Tapi apsal ntah malam tu bilik study aspura lengang je. Adela brape kerat budak Form 5 stadi yang cam tak ikhlas je. Otak masing2 tengah bersawang. Aku plak tengah tensyen Walkman Sony putih-oren rabak takde tape cover aku kantoi inspection. Walkman secondhand je pon aku beli kat Wan-G. RM 20.00, ngan tak abeh bayar lagi. Tapi itu la satu2nye drug aku kat sini. Mau tak berkecamuk otak aku fikir plan bukan2 nak kopak balik ofis tempat sumbat barang2 haram. Camne ntah asid sulfurik pekat 5 mol ngan skrewdriver berlegar2 dlm otak aku malam tu. Kalau la aku khatam tengok Mc Guyver mmg dah berlubang dah tempat tu.

Pastu tengah dorg sembang2, Ban kuar idea paling genius malam tu. Die ade pegang CD Laila Isabella. Kot2 pas tengok Nasha Aziz kool kot kepale otak. Mmg cadangan SBP Islamik Rawang tol. Pastu pawagam die planning nak pakai desktop bilik group wat school zine. Ban ade kunci bilik tu, so problem paling major pon mungkin overload orang. Bilik tu besor sikit jamban  je.

So ade la dlm 5-6 org yg takde keje join aktiviti riadah ni. Tak ingat sangat la sape tapi ade aku,Achan ,Ban, Topek pendek ngan lagi 2-3 orang. Pegi tu dah planning masyuk dah. Baju pakai nak kene itam, baru la stealthy ala2 Solid Snake. Pegi seludup masuk bangunan skolah pon seko2, kalau ramai2 senang kantoi. Nak wat jahat memang tibe2 cerdas je otak sume, cam setan je godaan Nasha Aziz.

Stage 1 clear. Sume dah masuk sekolah...yang beberape tapak je pon depan aspura tu. Takde sekor pon aku rase merepek2 pikir antu ke ape, sume pikir bende yang same je. Bilik tu tingkat tiga, pastu ntah apsal kitorang pegi masuk kelas aku jap. 5 JN, kelas paling atas ngan paling ujung sekali. Memang kat koridor raya die boleh nampak dewan besar, padang, Aspura, Aspuri sikit ngan flet cikgu. Kira first class la die punye view...

Tetibe Acan huruhara soh tunduk. Tunduk la semuaorang, 3 ekor je kot dlm kelas aku lain kat tempat lain. Atmosfera die jadi semacam je tegang. Sume kumpul kat Acan, belom sempat aku nak tanye aphal ade sinaran melintas atas kepale aku. Sume tunduk bawah meja, serentak. Celake, Pak Guard la plak. Die dah stat walkie-talkie member2 die, nak soh kepong sume exit kot. Sumeorang keluar kelas, separa merangkak. Budak2 lain dah berterabur lari, all men for himself lak. Aku separa kaget separa excited. Ni lah masenye aku praktikkan ilmu Prison Break season one aku. Hehehe..

********

Esoknye Cikgu Bijan nak jumpe 4 ekor berok yang kantoi malam tadi. Aku, Acan, Ban ngan lagi seko aku lupe. Tanye wat ape kat bangunan sekolah malam2, cakap nak amik buku, perikse dah nak dekat. "Abis tu Pak Guard panggil korg bertempiaran macam setan aphal?"...."Kitorang kaget cikgu."

Nasib baik rekod sumorang agak bersih so kene warning je la. Tak fight langsung. Sambil kitorang dengar cite Prison Break versi Topek pendek sampai sekarang aku nyesal ikot Ban nyorok dalam kelas 2 JF. Bingai dah nyorok dlm kelas mesti la kantoi. Nyorok kat almari lak tu. Kantoi busuk je.

Aku saspek pak guard tu pakai thermal goggle la.

Television

Just recently found a vid of Chiba Yusuke in The Birthday in a segment of a television show where artist recommend one of their favorite musical entity to the audience. Guess what Chiba brought...

Whats his hand doing?
"well, i used to fap mahself with these"?

1978 "Adventure"

..the second album of New York's post-punk band, Television.

The Television is one hell of a band known for their technical proficiencies, defined by the dueling guitars of Tom Verlaine and Richard Lloyd(left 2007). The band only released 3 studio albums; 1977's "Marquee Moon", 1978's "Adventure" and 1992's"Television" and being on-off from the scene from 1973–1978,1992–1993 and 2001 – present.

TMGE Yoyogi Riot!

Thanks to my Russian pipeline, I finally managed to get one of Thee Live Dvdrip-'TMGE Yoyogi Riot!'. Superb quality(1.36 Gb) in 2 megaupload.rar file(800mb & 500mb). Took me 2 frickin day-nonstop- to download 'em, all the while praying my laptop dont blow up overheating and no wanker decide to restart the internet router in my house.

The show is supposedly a free open-air concert in Yoyogi Park to support the 'Rodeo Tandem Beat Specter' album. TMGE of course delivered a top notch perfomance...while drenched in fuckin rain! Yes, unfortunately its raining that evening so everyone is wet- the band, the audience, even the fookin' camera sometimes. However, the only noticeable damages is a brief interruption (by the technician i guess?) and Chiba's neatly combed hair.

Aint he one adorable little bastard?

Sons of Anarchy Season 2

Just finish the series today. Episode 13, season 2. I personally think that it is much better than season 1, which is by the way bloody great. The season started with the riff between Clay(MC president) and Jax (VP) over Donna's death in season one. Tara officially become Jax's old lady. Gemma is emotionally wreck after a certain incident. Half-sack got a ball implant. Chibs survived a car bomb. A much more dangerous and bastardly cunning enemy in the shape of Ethan Zoebelle- a member of League of American Nationalist(pro-Nazi) with a front in Charming Town in a form of a cigar shop, Impeccable Smokes. He and his hot little blonde daughter..

Ethan Zobelle

The series get more interesting as its progressed. And the ending is...quite the same style as the first SoA. Only triple the intensity. The Sons get their bloody revenge, every enemy taste the wrath of the Sons pointblank(except one or is it two?), all loose knot is tied. But a certain incident in episode one and the same ATF snake-tongue officer Agent June Stahl(forgive me for thinking she's hot) caused the last 15 minutes of the series go all awry and shit. No.. its a good kind of shit you know, like WTF!! good one. The twist literally twisted my little mind, begging for episode 14.
Its like you are about halfway to smile and then BAM!! the twist hit you square in the nut..What the fuck would happen to Half-Sack? What the fuck would happen to Abel? What the fuck would happen to Gemma? WHAT THE FUCK??

Damn you producer or director or whoever it is in charge of the story. Dont leave the fans with too many question, its a fuckin torture you know.

Kurt Sutter, the writer and play as Otto, and the legendary John Teller's H. Davidson

Guess i would have to wait for the third season now... "According to buddytv.com, the network decided to pick the series up for a third season, which will return in September 2010, after riding high into the season 2 finale, with a total of 4.33 million viewers. This was the series’ best ratings so far."..

..Sept '10..

..WTF??
