The song 'Cold Finger Girl' is actually written by Benzie for actress/model Chiaki Kuriyama's first album. You probably had seen her in the gory Battle Royale or Quentin Taratino's ultra stylish Kill Bill part one. 

I forgot where i read this, but she said in an interviewed that she was really thrilled to be working with Benzie, as she was a fan since she is little. She said that he is more like 'a character from a manga', you know..larger than life, too good to be true..you get the picture.

The latest single from The Birthday with their new guitarist. There are 3 tracks total, and my first impression of the new guy..is quite good. Based on what little i had heard, his style seem more melodic, as apparent in the title track and the solo in track 3 is effin' delicious.  Second track is more of a straight rocking type, a good track, but somehow got overshadowed by the other 2.
